The Swiss DJ born in the Ivory Coast, Christian Meyer alias Swissivory has steadily become a force to reckon with in the music industry over the years. Not only has he shared the stage with some of the industry’s biggest names (Rihanna, C. Brown, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa) – he has also shared the studio and worked with some of the most respected artists in the game on the production side (LL Cool J, Cali Swag District, YMCMB). Beyond being a celebrity DJ, he has also gained respect from the stars themselves. This is how he became an official DJ for N.O.R.E for example.
In 2014 he got signed to uber-producer Ryan Leslie’s team, both as an in-house producer as well as an artist, and through the DMM label, Swissivory successfully launched his debut album “Real Dreams” and Germany. His first single with Papoose (Love & Hip-Hop) reached #3 on the College Radio charts.
After two years of touring around the world, he also helped kick-start the career of Swiss pop sensation Tariah as the executive producer of her debut album, “Express Yourself”. During that time he also released a few singles including a video with Grammy-winning Jamaican Dancehall legend Bounty Killer, as well as a few singles and EP projects with his artist C-Tru from L.A. Now currently working in the studio on his follow up album ”Real Dreams 2”, Swissivory has a few surprises in store for his fans. Stay tuned for Real Dreams 2…
